What's changed in pro cycling nutrition?

I am recording today’s episode from Florence at the Hexis Elite cycling nutrition conference before the start of Tour de France.

I was asked to join the expert panel and share my experiences working in elite cycling, what's changed and answer any questions alongside Tim Podlogar, Sam Impey and David Dunne.

There were some interesting questions and discussions on fuelling practices, whether we need to fuel at 120g per hour, cyclists using ozempic to lose weight, protein, vegan nutrition and more which I share in this episode.
